The Brewery
Located in Turlock, California, Dust Bowl Brewing Company produced its first beer in May 2009. The brewery was designed from the ground up by founder Brett Tate and brewmaster Don Oliver. The 10-barrel, state-of-the-art system is capable of temperature programmed mashing allowing for great recipe flexibility. Handcrafted with only the finest ingredients, Dust Bowl beers are available in 5 and 15.5 gallon kegs. The company’s flagship IPA, Hops of Wrath, comes in 22 oz. bottles and 12 oz. bottles in 6 packs, 12 packs and 24/case. The small craft brewery also produces a wide variety of beers available at the company’s Tap Room, which opened in August 2011 in Downtown Turlock. As for the future, we’re rampin’ it up! In less than three years, we reached our maximum capacity at the brewery. We’ve hit the pavement in active pursuit of a new, larger location. Our plan is to increase production to 10,000 barrels/year by 2014. You can help us get there by drinking up and spreading the word!
