Turlock Positions
Brewer Operator I
Responsible for all aspects of green beer, dry-hopped, fruited, and brite beer production, as well as assisting in packaging operations. The position will also be required to clean all tanks and equipment and assist in warehouse operations and drive company-provided vehicles.

Line Cook – Turlock
Known for our Okie Nachos and PB&J Burger, our kitchen is responsible for preparing food that pairs perfectly with our Award-Winning beer brewed just feet away from the prep table.

Packaging Operator I – Turlock
The Packaging Operator I performs packaging duties on the bottle, keg, and canning lines. The position will also be required to assist in inventory management and cleaning of the production areas.

Bay Area Brewery Sales Representative
This is a sales and promotions position working for Dust Bowl Brewery Co. Sales Department.

Turlock – Server
The Server provides friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to create a marvelous experience for our guests so that they will want to repeatedly return and support the Dust Bowl Brand.

This is a perfect role to gain experience in a professional and exciting kitchen environment. You are a hands-on, dynamic part of the kitchen staff and a key function to a successful experience for our guests which contributes to the success of Dust Bowl. This position has the ability for upward mobility in our kitchen.

Brewer Distiller I
This position is responsible for all aspects of wort/wash, green beer, dry-hopped, fruited, and brite beer production, as well as distillation of gin, rum, whiskey, vodka, and other spirits, from wash and diluted bulk spirit. The position will also be required to clean all tanks and associated equipment.
