The Taproom Manager plans, directs, and oversees all restaurant operations including managing staff, ensuring product and service standards are met, and implementing and maintaining procedures for maximum operating efficiency. Professionally represent and promote Dust Bowl Co.'s brand.

Food Service Cashier/Expo – Livermore
The Expo is responsible for ensuring Dust Bowl’s standards for the quality of all finished dishes, meal portions, and presentation. Organize delivery of meals to guests by delegating tags and orders. Possess good communication with servers and line cooks regarding dish priorities, kitchen food truck synchronization, and ticket times.

Line Cook – Livermore
Known for our Okie Nachos and PB&J Burger, our kitchen is responsible for preparing food that pairs perfectly with our Award-Winning beer.

Prep Cook (Morning Shift) – Livermore
The Prep Cook will cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, bread, and other food products. Use a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List.

The Food Expo is responsible for ensuring Dust Bowl’s standards for quality to all finished dishes, meal portions, and presentation. Organizing delivery of meals to guests by delegating tags and orders between FOH and BOH. Communicating with servers and line cooks regarding dish priorities, kitchen synchronization and ticket times.

Dish Machine Operator – Turlock
A Dish Machine Operator is a perfect role to gain experience in a professional and exciting kitchen environment. You are a hands-on and dynamic part of the kitchen staff and a key function to a successful experience for our guests which contributes to the success of Dust Bowl.
